Service descriptions and starting prices are indicative unless a written quote or proposal says otherwise. A project begins only when we accept the work in writing and any agreed deposit is paid.

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the website or our services.

4. Payments and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Stripe securely processes website payments. Australian GST is calculated and added at checkout where applicable. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates.

5. Digital products and services

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased digital materials for their stated purpose. You must not resell, publicly distribute, remove ownership notices from, or claim our materials as your own. Custom project ownership, licences, milestones and acceptance requirements are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project.

6. AI features

AI-generated replies and resources can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important information before relying on it and do not submit sensitive or confidential information to the chatbot. The chatbot does not provide live support or access your private order or account information.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, probe or bypass security, upload malicious code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or use the website for unlawful conduct.

8. Australian Consumer Law
